A stream of full and empty trucks made their way to and from the Crookston processing plant in the fog this morning. The harvest was halted due to the heat about four hours later.

After being shut down Saturday morning because of warm temperatures, the American Crystal Sugar beet harvest got rolling again Sunday evening. But with temperatures expecting to approach 70 degrees today, the harvest was temporarily halted again at noon.
